1. General Agreement
1.1. SIA Sporta Punkts Latvija, registration No. 40103183266 (hereinafter – the Company), provides the content available on the website www.sportapunkts.lv (hereinafter – the Website) and delivers services in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below, including provisions regarding product delivery, returns, and other policies of the Company published on the Website, related to specific features, elements, or promotions, as well as customer service. All of the above are included in and form an integral part of these Terms (hereinafter – the Terms).
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms without limitation or condition.
1.2. The Website reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
1.3. If a consumer purchases goods offered on the Website (hereinafter – the Goods) via the Internet, such agreement shall be deemed a distance contract and shall be governed by applicable legal acts regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to:
Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council,
Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia,
Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on distance contracts.
2. Privacy
2.1. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.
2.2. Information provided by you shall not be disclosed to third parties or otherwise used without your prior consent, except as required by law.
2.3. During registration, no financial information will be required. Only data necessary for payment processing and delivery documentation will be collected. The consumer consents to the processing of personal data.
2.4. Cookies are small files stored temporarily on your device, allowing the Website to recognize your device upon subsequent visits. Cookies are used to collect information about Website usage.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1. Product prices on the Website are indicated excluding delivery costs.
3.2. Prices and product availability may be changed without prior notice.
3.3. Payment must be made in advance.
3.4. After placing an order, the Buyer receives an automatic confirmation via email, confirming the conclusion of the distance contract. In certain cases, additional information may also be sent via SMS.
3.5. An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
4. Payments via VISA and MasterCard
Online card payments are a widely used method. Payment processing is secured with 3D Secure technology (MasterCard® SecureCode™ and Verified by Visa), ensuring safe online transactions.

4.1. Funds are reserved or charged only after successful authorization. The Website does not store payment card data.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of Latvia using courier or parcel locker services (Omniva, DPD, Venipak, or partners).
5.2. Delivery costs are specified separately before payment.
5.3. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after payment, unless stated otherwise.
5.4. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure.
6. Returns
6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days and return the Goods in accordance with Latvian law. Goods must be returned within 14 days to: Pērnavas iela 42, Riga, Latvia, LV-1009.
6.2. Withdrawal rights do not apply if:
goods cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., hygiene products),
original packaging has been opened.
6.3. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining product condition. The Company may refuse returns or deduct compensation if goods are damaged or improperly handled.
6.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6.5. Goods must be returned unused, complete, and in original condition.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods.
7.2. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
7.3. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to defects or non-compliance.
8. Order Cancellation
8.1. Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer service.
8.2. If shipped, the Buyer must use withdrawal rights.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, fires, war, strikes, epidemics, power outages, or system failures.
