1. The warranty period for the goods offered by SIA SPORTA PUNKTA LATVIJA is 24 months. When purchasing a product, the delivery note or receipt, which records the time of purchase, acts as a warranty card.
2. The Seller certifies that the Goods sold, transferred and received are of high quality and meet the requirements usually set for such a Product. The Seller has no information that the Goods are not of high quality and do not meet the requirements usually set for such a Product.
3. In the event that the Buyer, after the transfer and receipt of the Goods, has discovered that the Goods do not meet the requirements usually set for such a Product, then they are replaced with high-quality Goods. This provision does not apply if the expert opinion of the manufacturer of the Product confirms that the Product was damaged due to the fault of the Buyer or its representative.
4. The Buyer has the right not to accept from the Seller Goods that have obvious defects before signing the PPR. To avoid misunderstandings, please carefully read the product instructions.
Warranty terms:
5. The warranty does not apply to mechanical damage to the product, scratches that have occurred during careless use of the product.
6. The warranty does not apply to the product's design elements - stickers, embroidery, other prints and colors.
7. Warranty repairs will not be carried out for products that have been used on inappropriate surfaces or coverings, for example, floorball equipment - sticks, balls must not be used on surfaces not intended for them, shoes - in places and weather conditions not intended for them, etc.
8. The manufacturer has the right to refuse warranty repairs of the product if traces of self-repair are visible.
9. If the buyer cannot present a valid receipt or delivery note, the warranty obligations are void.
10. Warranty repair or exchange of goods is not carried out on the basis of damage to the goods caused by fires, floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters.
11. The seller undertakes to eliminate the defects of the goods or exchange the poor-quality goods within 30 days.
12. The seller has the right not to make a full refund of the value of the goods for the goods, in accordance with the period of wear and tear and depreciation of the goods.

Storage and care rules.
